A PowerPoint presentation has been put together by 6th class pupils to give a flavour of the activities that will take place. Click Here to open the file then press the download arrow to view the full PowerPoint Presentation which includes video clips of the various artists and genres of music the children will be exposed to during the week. Next Friday the boys will take part in our annual sponsored school walk. It will be a fancy dress sponsored walk and boys can dress up in their Halloween costumes. The walk is a significant fundraiser each year to support the running costs of the school. We would encourage all boys to take part.
With this in mind we have organised a raffle for boys who return sponsored cards. We have teamed up with our local bike shop Wheels 4U from the shopping centre on the Dublin Rd. We have 2 bikes as prizes which are on display in the school. The search is underway to find the fastest children in Ireland. Celbridge Athletic Club will host Irelands Fastest Feet at The Mill in Celbridge on Saturday 29th October at 11am. Any boy aged 7 or 8 who thinks they could be the fastest in Ireland are asked to tell their parents about this exciting competition. Full details can be found in the press release below just click to download and open.
